Acva Investing Inc is an essential business to our clients and communities, and our team is working hard to keep financial operations up and running. The Payment Manager works with the payment and finance team to analyze and manage the processing of client payments and financial transactions within our service area. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated and has strong analytical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

As a Payment Manager at Acva Investing Inc, you will be responsible for providing payment analysis and processing services to a range of small and medium-sized businesses and individual clients.

• Analyze client payment orders, plan payment schedules, and optimize payment workflows into efficient batches.
• Depending on the needs of our clients, you will analyze payments from them and process them through the appropriate systems of our company.
• During the probation period, you will work under the supervision of your manager.
• Your manager will provide you with detailed instructions for performing your tasks, so you will not have any problems learning and can gain the necessary experience.
• This position is available in your city of residence.
• We have about 180 Operations representatives from Canada and the United States.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College Degree preferred; experience and/or training, preferably in the financial services or investment industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to creatively problem-solve, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, have excellent time management and organisation skills, pay high attention to detail, be self-motivated, and use good judgement when making decisions. Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
